LOCATION: Remote Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst for the Collaboration and Productivity Services Office, within Workplace Collaboration Services in Office of the Chief Information Officer in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT acquisitions and the full lifecycle of IT assets for ADS. The contractor ensures procurement compliance, maintains authoritative inventory records, oversees licensing activities, supports audits and reporting, and provides clear communication and customer support to ensure assets, licenses, and associated documentation remain accurate, traceable, and fully aligned with NASA requirements.

LOCATION: NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. MORI Associates is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to serve as a primary IT point of contact and trusted advisor for customer organizations across NASA Headquarters (HQ) and Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). In this role, you'll be the bridge between the people who rely on NASA's IT systems every day and the teams who build and run them — ensuring technology truly serves the mission. This isn't a back-office support role. You'll be a visible, valued partner to HQ and GSFC stakeholders, helping shape how IT services evolve to meet the Agency's needs.

Rothe is seeking a Digital Preservation Specialist to support NASA’s imagery preservation and migration portfolio in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. The NASA Johnson Space Center imagery collection has over 50,000 video tapes and LTO data tapes that need to be converted to digital files and migrated onto a long-term storage platform. The project is looking to transition to a different storage platform and implement elements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) tools into the workflow. Descriptive metadata from 3 different websites/databases and multiple spreadsheets must be consolidated to ensure the most accurate metadata is attached to the records which will eventually be accessioned to the National Archives.

Salary Range:$54,300.00 To $62,500.00 Annually Banner Quality Management Inc is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager III to provide critical IT Support and Business Management Services to the Glenn Research Center (GRC) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. The primary role is to develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the NASA GRC OCIO. This role will also provide dedicated customer engagement and support services that integrate into the customer’s business model and organizational structure.

Business Analyst II - Accountant Rothe is seeking an Accountant/Business Analyst II to provide accounting expertise for the Business Management Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Working under general direction of the Procurement Supervisor, serves as the Account Payable Lead responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient processing of accounting activities for a Cost-Plus-type federal contract environment. This role independently manages high-volume and complex purchase orders, corporate credit card reconciliations, and vendor invoices; Ensures complete and accurate accounting of all transactions, drives process efficiencies, and provides advanced administrative and analytical support to facilitate smooth business operations.

LOCATION: NASA Langley Research Center, VA   Abacus Technology is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist/Digital Content Creator to provide graphic design and digital content products for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate and Space Technology Mission Directorate on the eMITS program at Langley Research Center.  This is a full-time position.

LOCATION: Cleveland, OH COMPENSATION: $98,000 - $115,000 MORI Associates is seeking a Multimedia Systems Engineer with project management experience to provide system design and build-up of complex video and audio systems, provide technical analysis related to design, development, and implementation of hardware systems and provide installation and maintenance for the video studio & field production equipment and AV meeting room equipment at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio for the Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.
