In this role, you will document flight tests, research activities, executive events, and special programs across the center. You will serve as a camera operator during press conferences, large events, auditorium productions, and on NASA’s airborne platforms, with potential for travel to domestic and international locations. You may also support in flight documentation of high performance aircraft and research missions. Additional responsibilities include digitization, duplication, and file sharing services, along with adherence to digital asset workflows, metadata standards, and work order systems to ensure organized, accessible, and compliant archiving of video materials. Location: Merritt Island, FL (On-site) Salary: $79,000 - 91,000 + our comprehensive benefits package Project management with 5 years experience with large projects with multiple stakeholders.  Provide support in program and project management.  Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and manage work, work requests, service lines and projects utilizing program/project management expertise.  Creating and/or modifying documents such as Project Plans, requirements, test, and report documents in accordance with NPR 7120.7 and NPR 7120.5.  Develop and conduct briefings for senior management.  For more details, click the link.

Location: Moffett Field, CA (Remote) Salary: $135,000 - 156,000 + our comprehensive benefits package. Project Manager with 5 years experience to provide Project Management and Risk Management support for the Ames Research Center (ARC) Service Integration Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and tracking all OCIO IT projects in accordance with NASA policies and procedures (NPR 7120.5 & 7120).  Collaborate with the Center Project Manager to support project formulation, execution and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.  Develop comprehensive project plans that define the design, development, implementation strategy, and management framework in accordance with NASA IT Program and Project Management requirements.  For more details, click the link.

Merritt Island, FL (On-site Role) - The Graphic Designer will be designing Publications and Visual Presentations for Center-Wide Programs and Services from Concept, Design, Fabrication, and Installation. The team designs a wide spectrum of products ranging from simple, average, and complex artwork from special publications to wall mounted displays and murals. Services exclude multimedia web-based designs and 3-D modeling using the latest industry standard software Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. BA/BS in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Art, Illustration or related field, plus 8 years related experience.
