Rothe is seeking an IT Multimedia Communications Specialist to provide remote strategic communications, create marketing campaigns, and maintain social media for the Chief Data Office at NASA. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Establish and maintain communications plans using SharePoint, videos, newsletters, and official notices; provide communications support that advances awareness, adoption, and understanding of NASA's data and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives; author employee-facing messages, FAQs, memoranda, announcements, talking points, and executive presentations; develop and write success stories on data and AI usage across the agency; turn complex technical information into clear, concise content for non-technical audiences; provide technical editing using NASA documentation standards and AP style; develop executive level reports and respond to inquiries about them; manage, edit, and proof content for multimedia platforms; support CDAIO speaking engagements with scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up materials; and serve as point of contact for external media relations, social media, internal stakeholders, and civic, service, and educational organizations. This position is remote. Occasional travel is required, including to the nearest NASA center for badging. A reliable internet connection and the ability to VPN into the NASA network are required.

Rothe is seeking a Public Affairs Writer III to write stories, photo captions, broadcast scripts, and social media content for NASA at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Craft clear, accessible stories, photo captions, internal and external broadcast scripts, and social media content following AP style and NASA guidelines; research topics and interview subject matter experts; translate complex technical information into clear language for technical, leadership, employee, public, and stakeholder audiences; develop internal communications, including employee announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, digital signage, intranet content, and presentations; develop social media content and support content calendars around key events, milestones, and mission activities; support launch coverage and work with multimedia, photography, video, graphics, and production teams on integrated products; and coordinate with program leadership, subject matter experts, and NASA center communications teams so content is accurate and approved before publication. This is a hybrid position based at Kennedy Space Center, on site about 75% of the time, with occasional travel. This is a union position represented by IATSE.

Rothe is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer I to support IT security and compliance for the information systems maintained by the eMITS contract at Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Develop a detailed understanding of the function and operation of the information systems maintained by the eMITS contract; apply expertise in IT and knowledge of IT management requirements to keep the organization responsive to all IT reporting and IT security implementation requirements; generate and provide input to IT security plans, testing procedures and results, standard operating procedures, contingency and disaster recovery plans, memoranda of understanding with interfacing systems, risk assessments, backup procedures, A&A documents, and verification reviews and site inspections; and assist the organization with monitoring security controls for IT systems, assuring a continuous state of compliance with all IT security regulations and requirements. This position is on-site at Marshall Space Flight Center and remote work is not available.

COMPENSATION: Up to $145k Rothe is seeking a Multimedia Systems Architect III to engineer, install, configure, test, and document Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) certified equipment in NASA collaboration spaces for Workplace & Collaboration Services (WCS), at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Lead a contractor design team and oversee the design, development, and testing of MTR certified, appliance-based room systems; manage multiple projects and provide daily and weekly reporting; provide technical analysis for new hardware, upgrades, risk assessments, and implementation plans; take part in NASA standards maintenance and hardware evaluation; review custom and non-standard room approaches to keep them simple and usable; plan for obsolescence, lifecycle tracking, and 5-7 year upgrade roadmaps; draft engineering plans, workflows, and cost estimates; lead engineering meetings with product owners, customers, and stakeholders; and maintain current MTR certifications. This position is hybrid, starting onsite, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Occasional travel of 3-4 trips per year to other NASA centers is required.

Rothe is seeking a Project Manager II to support the NASA Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) Office in implementing the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal HR 2.0 initiative. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Schedule and manage HR 2.0 meetings, distribute materials, and prepare minutes and action items; support OPM Core HCM working groups by identifying NASA participants, organizing internal meetings, and maintaining rosters; track OPM data calls, coordinate SME responses, conduct quality reviews, and maintain a complete submission repository; serve as NASA's primary coordination point with OPM, develop briefing materials, and escalate urgent issues; maintain an HR 2.0 project tracker, provide regular status reports, and monitor milestones and risks; manage centralized document repositories with version control; prepare leadership briefings and handle pre-meeting planning and follow-up; and participate in weekly government touchpoints while working independently within established approval checkpoints. Rothe is seeking a Supervisor III to provide leadership and management within the IT and Information Management Services group, working remotely. Photographic Operations at the Johnson Space Center is seeking to hire a Digital Imaging & Mission Support Specialist for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. This position is responsible for digital image processing using existing workflows, large-format photographic print production, mounting and finishing; film scanning and archiving. The role supports the complete lifecycle of digital imagery from RAW image processing through archiving and output. This includes mission image processing and delivery during Artemis flights.
