Rothe is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Analyst III to provide application quality assurance and testing support for NASA's Luna/NMC platform. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Maintain a government-visible work plan and track testing priorities; develop risk-based test plans and test cases; perform functional, regression, integration, accessibility, and other testing in Docker, GitHub, and Google Cloud environments; manage defects from discovery through retest and closure; prepare release-readiness assessments and conduct post-release validation; produce monthly testing metrics and recommend improvements; and maintain testing procedures and documentation. This position is remote and travel is not required. The employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment.

Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst III to support Application Data Services (ADS) customer intake, service management, governance, agreement administration, and IT asset management for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Manage all customer requests through the Application and Platform Services intake process, providing triage, routing, and full lifecycle tracking; initiate, track, and resolve NASA IT catalog and ADS service requests and report real-time service line metrics; develop and maintain standardized MOU, SLA, and OLA templates in agency-approved repositories with full version control; manage automated routing workflows and analytics dashboards for agreement compliance and cycle times; execute IT governance activities in alignment with NASA's governance framework and serve as Assistant ADS Board Manager; and manage end-to-end IT acquisitions, license lifecycle activities, and a centralized inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance agreements in compliance with NASA SAM and supply-chain policies. Rothe is seeking a Project Manager I to provide project management support for the KSC Customer Engagement Office at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Provide analyst support, such as creating and/or modifying project plans, flowcharts and playbooks, and requirements documents; develop and conduct briefings; conduct meetings for senior management; establish and maintain integrated schedules and high-level correspondence; design and create desk guides; coordinate records management activities within the organization and act as a liaison between the department and the KSC Records Manager; and assist KSC customers and stakeholders with their IT procurements. This position is on-site at Kennedy Space Center and remote work is not available. Travel is not required.

Rothe is seeking a Supervisor III to provide leadership and management within the IT and Information Management Services group, working remotely. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Serve as the Supervisor for the OCIO IT Services Team, overseeing approximately 25 personnel and 10 work packages supporting NASA customers from all NASA Centers; create proposals and estimates for work based on customer needs, as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW); develop monthly financial performance reports and effectively communicate results to NASA customers and eMITS management; and recruit, supervise, and develop talented individuals to execute assigned work packages. Photographic Operations at the Johnson Space Center is seeking to hire a Digital Imaging & Mission Support Specialist for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. This position is responsible for digital image processing using existing workflows, large-format photographic print production, mounting and finishing; film scanning and archiving. The role supports the complete lifecycle of digital imagery from RAW image processing through archiving and output. This includes mission image processing and delivery during Artemis flights.
