ARES Technical Services is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist III to conceptualize and produce high‑quality visual assets across multiple mediums for the NASA Headquarters Office of Communications, in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Each day brings new and varied creative challenges, requiring a designer who approaches their work as an active, strategic problem‑solving process. Seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to develop graphics, illustrations, branding materials, presentations, templates, and environmental/exhibit graphics that turn dense, complex information into clear and visually engaging communication pieces. In this role you will create and maintain visual identity systems including brand guidelines and style guides, collaborate directly with clients and team members to clarify project goals, present concepts, and deliver final products. Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst for the Collaboration and Productivity Services Office, within Workplace Collaboration Services in NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer, working remotely in support of NASA Headquarters. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for ADS service-level agreement processes, including creation, maintenance, and improvement of standardized MOU, SLA, and OLA templates; maintain all agreements within the government-approved digital repository and identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort; develop and deploy automated workflows that streamline agreement activities from intake through renewal using approved automation platforms; translate SLA business requirements and process gaps into functional automated solutions with correct business logic, approval routing, system integration, data integrity, and compliance with NASA security and records management policies; deliver real-time visibility into agreement performance through automated dashboards and reporting tools; use performance data to identify trends and recommend additional automation or process improvements; and resolve and track agreement-related inquiries, compliance issues, and technical requests in a government-approved ticket management system from intake through resolution. This position is remote and travel is required. The employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment, and must have a reliable internet connection and be able to VPN into the NASA network to conduct work.

Rothe is seeking a SharePoint Systems Engineer for SharePoint content auditing, migration planning, and hands-on content optimization supporting the OCIO intranet redesign for NASA. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. This is a short-term (90-day) position. Populate content audit spreadsheets for Service Lines (SLs), Agency Level Offices (ALOs), and OCIO Intranet sections from existing templates; provide page-by-page content inventory and analysis; map existing pages to the new site structure; create content updates and reformatting at the page level; fine-tune content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with standards; apply formatting standards across migrated content and ensure content meets organizational requirements; and maintain a live, populated tracker per org that the team can reference for status and next steps. This position is fully remote.

Photographic Operations at the Johnson Space Center is seeking to hire a Digital Imaging & Mission Support Specialist for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. This position is responsible for digital image processing using existing workflows, large-format photographic print production, mounting and finishing; film scanning and archiving. The role supports the complete lifecycle of digital imagery from RAW image processing through archiving and output. This includes mission image processing and delivery during Artemis flights.

Rothe is seeking a Records Management Project Manager to provide Agency Records Management support for the Information, Data, and Analytics service line in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive support to prepare the Agency for the delivery of enterprise level records management services. Support will include a comprehensive review and revision of NASA’s records management policy framework to ensure full alignment with current federal requirements. Optimization of the NASA Records Retention Schedule (NRRS) will be required as well as the standardization and optimization of the processes and platforms for electronic records management. Additional duties will involve the implementation of an Agency-wide file plan solution and delivery of standard records management operations and remediation efforts.

ARES is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to provide support in the Asset Management Tracking Team for the Business Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. The selected candidate will support Information Technology Purchasing Compliance, renewals tracking, procurement, and metrics development. Working closely with technical personnel, this individual will submit CITRs (Commercial IT Requests), create and manage purchase requests and contracts (service agreements) in compliance with company and contract requirements, and track, monitor, and report those items in various tools. Additional duties include assisting Procurement with purchase order documentation, maintaining asset renewals data in ServiceNow and notifying technical personnel of upcoming renewals, preparing monthly renewal metrics and IT compliance deliverables, and staying current on Government IT Compliance procurement regulations. The role requires effective communication within the Business Office, with technical personnel at NASA centers, and with customers and vendors, as well as cross-training to serve as backup to others when assigned.

Banner Quality Management Inc (BQMI) is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Data Management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide remote project management support for the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Provide comprehensive programmatic, strategic, and technical support to the NASA Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), and broader CDAIO teams.
