Photo Operations supports multiple work packages and organizations at JSC through the production of photographic print products, film scanning and conversion, digital image manipulation, and image dissemination. The JSC Institutional Film Scanning project has a goal to convert the center’s collection of over 1.5 million film frames to digital files for delivery to the National Archives.
