Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Service Management Office (SMO) and the Enterprise ServiceNow Platform on NASA’s eMITS contract. You will gather and document business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps, and partner with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and platform administrators on backlog grooming, release planning, change management, and post-deployment validation.
