Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst II – Accounts Payable Lead to provide accounting expertise for the Business Management Office near NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Manage high-volume and complex purchase orders, corporate credit card reconciliations, and vendor invoices in a Cost-Plus federal contract environment; validate invoices, purchase orders, credit card statements and payables information with buyers, the Corporate office, and Business Manager/Financial Analysts, and process vendor payment requests in Deltek Costpoint; perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account and credit card reconciliations; maintain the Accounts Payable inbox and electronic files; ensure accounting practices meet FAR, CAS, GAAP, and internal control standards and support DCAA/DCMA and customer audits; develop and enforce internal controls; compile reporting on purchase orders, invoices, and contract metrics; and serve as backup for travel support and expense report processing. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in the office near NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. No travel is required.
