Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst III to support Application Data Services (ADS) customer intake, service management, governance, agreement administration, and IT asset management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Manage all customer requests through the Application and Platform Services intake process, providing triage, routing, and full lifecycle tracking; initiate, track, and resolve NASA IT catalog and ADS service requests and report real-time service line metrics; develop and maintain standardized MOU, SLA, and OLA templates in agency-approved repositories with full version control; manage automated routing workflows and analytics dashboards for agreement compliance and cycle times; execute IT governance activities in alignment with NASA’s governance framework and serve as Assistant ADS Board Manager; and manage end-to-end IT acquisitions, license lifecycle activities, and a centralized inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance agreements in compliance with NASA SAM and supply-chain policies. This position is remote. Travel is required, with the amount to be determined. The employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment, and must have a reliable internet connection and be able to VPN into the NASA network to conduct work.
