Cleveland, Ohio (On-site Role) – Customer Relationship Manager to provide critical IT Support and Business Management Services to the Glenn Research Center (GRC) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Provide dedicated customer engagement and support services that integrate into the customer’s business model and organizational structure. Serve as the customer liaison between the GRC OCIO and customers by advising stakeholders, translating needs into actionable plans, coordinating service delivery, resolving issues, managing escalations, and assessing customer impacts.
