Multimedia Systems Architect III - (798)

COMPENSATION: Up to $145k

Rothe is seeking a Multimedia Systems Architect III to engineer, install, configure, test, and document Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) certified equipment in NASA collaboration spaces for Workplace & Collaboration Services (WCS), at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Lead a contractor design team and oversee the design, development, and testing of MTR certified, appliance-based room systems; manage multiple projects and provide daily and weekly reporting; provide technical analysis for new hardware, upgrades, risk assessments, and implementation plans; take part in NASA standards maintenance and hardware evaluation; review custom and non-standard room approaches to keep them simple and usable; plan for obsolescence, lifecycle tracking, and 5-7 year upgrade roadmaps; draft engineering plans, workflows, and cost estimates; lead engineering meetings with product owners, customers, and stakeholders; and maintain current MTR certifications. This position is hybrid, starting onsite, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Occasional travel of 3-4 trips per year to other NASA centers is required.
