ARES eMITS is seeking a Multimedia Systems Engineer to support the Workplace & Collaboration Services (WCS) in delivering innovative, consistent, and secure collaboration solutions. This role is responsible for engineering, installing, configuring, testing, and documenting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)-certified equipment in NASA-managed collaboration spaces. The candidate must demonstrate hands-on expertise, technical judgment, and strong leadership skills to ensure spaces are designed and operated in alignment with NASA standards and mission requirements.

eMITS is NASA’s enterprise-level service for delivering multimedia, IT communication platforms, and digital content supporting the Agency’s mission. From capturing rocket launches to delivering enterprise IT solutions and digital outreach, eMITS integrates mission-critical communications across NASA OCIO and OCOMM.
