Rothe is seeking a Project Manager III to provide remote project management for the Information Management Division (IMD) in NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Provide IT Service Management (ITSM) project management for the migration from legacy tools to enterprise solutions such as ServiceNow and the decommissioning of the legacy tools; lead the migration and decommissioning lifecycle and track its schedules, timelines, and milestones; map existing workflows such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management to the new platform and help re-engineer core processes; oversee the transfer of historical data, configuration items, and knowledge articles and the related API integrations; coordinate cross-functional teams, user acceptance testing, change communication, user adoption, and training; build the dependency inventory for the legacy tools; and manage the clearance of open tickets and requests before shutdown. This position is remote within the continental United States. Occasional travel is required, including to the nearest NASA center for badging. A reliable internet connection and the ability to VPN into the NASA network are required.
