Rothe is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator for project documentation, scheduling, task coordination, communications, and reporting across NASA’s IT Infrastructure portfolio, onsite at Langley Research Center in Virginia, Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama, or NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Maintain project documentation including schedules, action logs, decision logs, meeting materials, and version-controlled files; prepare agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-up task lists for project meetings; track project assignments, task progress, and deliverables across teams; organize project repositories, shared folders, and configuration-controlled documentation libraries; compile status inputs for reporting cycles; coordinate logistics for meetings, stakeholder briefings, and working sessions; serve as a central coordination point across OCIO teams, mission organizations, and technical groups; bring schedule and coordination issues to project leads; and recommend improvements to documentation processes, meeting workflows, and communication practices. This position is onsite, and candidates must live locally to Langley, Marshall, or NASA Headquarters. Occasional travel is required.
